I'm not writing of religious means of convert. Nor of losing a fight! It's almost time for television conversion! The old way of watching television --(without cable)-- will now require a smart box converter and in some areas a smart antenna. Many channels are already begin frying with the "white noise"-- and in just a few more days if you're not ready...it'll be completely SNOW! " I know, you already have cable.. I'm okay with that! ... I conserve so, I don't have pay TV, but I'm ready to convert. June 12, 2009. Just 10 more days and counting......10, 9,8,7, 6,5,4,3,2,1.......

YOU'RE OUT!...shhhhhhhhh......sssssssshhhhh....I'M OUT! ssssssssszzzzzzh!

I bought mine at Wal-Mart! Shop around prices vary between 35 up to 45 dollars...

You bet your thrown away check! It's really about your dollar. However many people love the variety of pay TV. I don't knockout those who do. I'm just not a large televison watcher person.

MIISREAL,as this will be my birthday I am sure they will not mess with my tv(smile)

My cable provider is Comcast ,and as if I was not already confused about this turn over, today Comcast sent us a $50.00ad check to get this. They were talking about this was for up grading to an other higher lever. This higher level is only to add all of the HBO and those extras that there is not enough time in a day to watch all of them...I just threw it all in the trash after seening it ws not my monthly bill. It sure did look like it or it would have gone in the trash unopened. Aren't they getting slick now a day in hiding what is really in that envelope?(smile)
