POEM: I SEE

I SEE...

Life is precious and indeed purposeful,
although the trails and tribulations may be,
But it is also the measuring stick
that proves my purpose and my destiny.

I SEE...

I must continue to focus
on He the Almighty
then and only then can I embrace
what He has ordained in me.

I SEE...

In a moment in time, time of weakness
the enemy (in me) will seek to destroy me.
I use the statement "what no weapon
formed against me shall prosper" to my ability.

I SEE...

My true friends never leave me alone
although I may become lonely,
yet the loneliness is a divine protection
like a basketball player's jersey.

I SEE...

A community that I joined months ago,
joined together and helps their fellow,
and it's because of your love and kindness
that always keeps me strong and mellow.

I SEE...

I never knew the love you had for me,
until one day I thought about quitting.
But I am no quitter I am a child of God
whose will is to live life more abundantly.

I SEE...

Thank you to all Kings and Queens,
for my youth you helped me to see
in my moments of temporary insanity,
Much Love to you from me!
