PETA SLAMS OBAMA FOR SWATTING FLY
PETA says it wants Obama to try taking a more humane attitude the next time he’s bedeviled by a fly in the White House.
PETA is sending Obama a Katcha Bug Humane Bug Catcher, a device that allows users to trap an insect and then release it outside. PETA says it supports “compassion even for the most curious, smallest and least sympathetic animals.”
During an interview for CNBC at the White House on Tuesday, a fly intruded on Obama’s conversation with correspondent John Harwood. When he couldn’t shoo it away, Obama did away with the fly by swatting it with his hand.
Friedrich said that PETA was pleased with Obama’s voting record in the Senate on behalf of animal rights.
In an interview with CNBC, President Barack Obama swats a pesky fly and the then slams the pesky Fox News network for their negative coverage of him.
You know what people? I am laughing my a** off right now. Why are people so sensitive? First the fist bump, then the Chavez "Boyz In the Hood" handshake, now a fly swatting? Come on now folk complaining about something as petty as a fly swatting should be more concerned about getting the economy back on track.
