Dr. Conrad Murray (Cardiologist) is scheduled to meet with Los Angeles Police Department homicide investigators Saturday afternoon, says a new report. Citing the law firm representing Dr. Murray, the Houston Chronicle reports that the physician will meet with investigators in Los Angeles this afternoon. The paper reports that Ed Chernoff of Stradley, Chernoff and Alford arrived in Los Angeles Friday night in order to be with Murray when he meets with investigators.

"He intends to cooperate. He has nothing to hide. He is going to help them in any way he can with their investigation," Chernoff told the paper. "We've been told more than once that this is an investigation into the death, that it's not a murder investigation and that Dr. Murray is not a suspect in any way. This is just an information-gathering meeting and nothing more," Chernoff told the Chronicle.

Ideally cpr should be performed on a firm suface, but in worse case scenarios where that can not be done you do what you can and hope for the best. Doing something is definitely better than doing nothing.

(Taylor Media Prime) If police and DEA raids suggest the direction of an investigation, then the probe into the death of pop legend Michael Jackson appears to be indicating a likely manslaughter charge against Jackson’s doctor Conrand Murray. Murray was with Jackson on the day he died last month.

Thus far, agents from the federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Los Angeles police department have staged raids on Murray’s LA area home and office. In addition, federal agents have also raided his Las Vegas home and his office in Houston, Texas. The theory authorities appear to be working on is that Murray administered the 50-year-old Jackson the drug propofol to help him sleep on June 25th - the day he died.

Also known as Diprivan, the powerful narcotic is thought to have caused Jackson’s heart to stop. However, the results of the autopsy on Jackson’s body have still not been released.
