Re: Your Thoughts on Chris Brown Appears Genuinely Remorseful In Apology Video

Apparently Chris Brown has released a video expressing his sincerest apologies for the incident against Rihanna. Although he had already issued a statement prior about his actions, the person who wrote the blog feels that it means more now since he’s apologized again and appears remorseful on the video. {Go figure?!}

I don't condone violence against any human being be it perpetrated by male or female, but I guess for what it's worth, some entertainers need to go the extra mile for apologies like what was demanded of Janet Jackson with her "wardrobe malfunction". Oh well... this is just me sounding off... I looked at what Chris did as a poor decision. We all make mistakes, but I guess Chris is one of the souls that have to go through the "fires of redemption". What do you guys think about the video? Has Chris redeemed himself or is his music career over in America? Let me know what you think Black in America. All comments are welcomed.

Sister Irma,
I didn't realize Brother Mozell already did a blog on this. Sorry Brother Mo. I thought the apology wasn't necessary, but I guess it had to be done in order to salvage his career in America. You know what I mean? Thanks for your comments as always... I enjoy hearing what you have to say. (((Smiles)))

..."That is why I am so mad at me and all of us...but we still have time, we did get a Black president..."

Sister Irma,
Who by the way didn't have a father & still became the President of the United States of America.

Brother Clark,
I'm surprised at you. Don't you know that the youth are the leaders of tomorrow or is that today? It was Rihannas & Chris Browns who came out in droves to elect Barack Obama. (((Lol)))

Sister Jen, as I said over on Mozell's bi-racial blog about my reactions right after seeing a sound bite of Chris and his APOLOGY!!!This sound bite of Chris over on CNN that they used as a roll in to talk about how the professor who was arrested for being in hiw own home, because of police profiling. That same professor will be in their second BIA special that is coming up which brought out the Irma in me that even I do not like was ny reaction, because of the way this was all done to promote ratings!!!!!

That sound bite of Chris doing his 'please forgive me' standard thing went farther than they do with some one who has not been deemed by the mass media to be an ANGRY BLACK MAN...Chris went on to say how his behavior was the very same cause of all of America's bad, illegal, unaccepted behaviors of the males in the Black race...THE MOTHER!!!!!!!!

Thesepoor Black men that the Whate man keeps giving a CHANCE..&%%** S___t of being raised with out a father in the home!!!!!!!!!Thus giving farther "proof" of what the White Man says about that no good Black Mother...the need to say she is on drugs, or dead from drug uses is not even necessary as this is the given in today's society...Chris is just farther living proof of this all over the Fox owned YOUTUBE to be followed up by Beck, Hannity , O'Reilly and lets not leave out the Republican right-wing and the Rush Limbaughs all over our public air waves 24-7!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so glad that I chant and do not have to forgive to be like the White Man in any thing I do or say...I will not forgive nor will I forget his downing, demeaning his own mother like she is so far out of the picture that the teachings of her to not abuse women is not acceptable or has never existed.....I am beyond mad and only know that this is not acceptable by me in any conditions as a proud Black mother whose birth mother was not married to my father...and even more proud that I live a life that has no place for pleasing the White man nor the Jones on the" majority morals" commity passing judgment on me for not passing on the needs of reenforcing prejudice in my community or my family members or my environment...

thank you so much My sister for allowing me to vent...

No Jen, Mozell had not done a post on Chris, I was so mad seeing this demeaning stuff on CNN it seem just to put up their tomorrow's BIA special, I just went to his blog to vent as I did on yours as his blog offered me a chance to do so as a follow up on his subject!!!

Actually, I had started to make anothe ONLY IN AMERICA, but my n----- was up too great and that is a side of me I do not want my black community to seeLOL

I always leave this for facing racism in court...it is not a pretty sight and any racist who see it never want to meet up with me ever again...but, sister Jen, ti is much cheaper than breaking my tv when I see tings like Chris...things like tis give a go ahead to put an end to his career...remember even with all of those over sized crosses worn to court by Koby bryant his career in tv ads have ended..vic may never get back into football as a pro...that violent, angry black man because they had not father, bull works every time...It just tare me apart as it is US giving the go ahead to continue to do this to us...why don't we stop, Jen, because mothers are still Black FEMALES are we not?Why are we not up in arms like with Jason Witlock?!?

That is why I am so mad at me and all of us...but we still have time, we did get a Black president(smile)
