HAND WASHING PREJUDICES
The Gates case recently opened up more tempers and unsettled prejudices that I've seen in a while. You might would think by now we would have learned something about getting along with each other. Not looking at the color of one's skin as an issue that causes one to keep hating. However, it's a never ending and ugly site.. We wish we all could just wash it away like we wash our hands, but it's not so easy when inside our society, there are people who continue to instill in hate and prejudices that keeps it spreading like the sick disease it is. Predujices are practiced and continually it still exists. Each race of people can live together, but there are some who do not wish to try. They thrive on the need to hate and they pride themselves as better because their skin color. The skin color may be dark, or brown, or yellow, red, or even white. Let's be truthful, there are hates among every race of mankind. Prejudices are not only reared by skin color alone, a person can be prejudice of one's faith, or religion, or anyone's s*xual gender and lifestyles. It can be a personal envy bestowed because of what a person chooses to do or whom a person is. Whatever the case may be we know it is an ugly thing, and continued washing hands to make it clean will have to start with the one person who is harboring these emotions of hate and envy. These are from all nations of people. It's too bad that tips of washing with "good old soap and water" is not enough in washing our hands of such and terrible germ,-- we must go much deeper and replace love in our hearts...because so many people have washed away love. Have you got any tips on how to love?
Addeumum: 07.30.2009 Gates and officer are invited to wash and settle this incident over beer at the White House with the president. Will that wash away prejudices? We'll watch, but we may already know the answer.

I know there must be some significance about race, since race and religion respectively are the two cause 101% of world wars.
Therefore, could anyone please tell me, what is the purpose for the different races?
What say you?
