Peace To All,

A few days ago I did a blog on "WHY DO GREAT BLACK MEN MARRY WHITE WOMEN?" Some of you brothers found it to be a little harsh and asked the question "what about great black women who date/marry white men? So to avoid any gender bias, here's a list of great black women who dated/married white men just to name a few (and keep in mind that I am not speaking on bitterness but on enlightenment):

1. HALLE BERRY

2. MAYA ANGELOU

3. VENUS WILLIAMS

4. SERENA WILLIAMS

5. IMAN

6. TINA TURNER

7. WHOOPI GOLDBERG

8. ROBIN GIVENS

It's got to be more to it than past relationship abuse they may have suffered at the hands of great black men. So why do you think this happens Brothers and Sisters?

Holla Back,

Siebra

they did, 'had some form of abuse' the key word is "abuse' which has many forms.these women have had some form of mental or physical abuse' by black men that came into their lives' as they were adults or growing up, these men young or older, had mistreated then' the worst form of abuse is mental' besides s*xual' a person loses 'one-self'' in any abusive relationship...it they stays, and even if/when they leave' that person, they will encounter more abuse within another relationship' why? cause most women always relates to this form of lifestyle' which seem nomal to them, in the beginning ,for some reason they forget the past...'mind over matter' and yes' they have suffered at the hands of great black men and black men that werent great'' i look up to my black sisters that had the strength to leave these men' some of them had mothers, that were not taught by their mothers' how a women supose to be treated...&vise-verse'' and i do know that white men treat black women better then black men'.there are so much that I can say on this topic' before i close, always remember to love yourself' and never put a man before 'oneself' By:Dr.El Johnson

Compatibility and commitment are very important to women. I believe that true love knows no boundaries. Although race may be an issue with many people in this country, it is not an issue with everyone. Black women on the average are somewhat more educated now and have obtained jobs in fields that were once closed to them before the Civil Rights Movement. Once people begin to network on a much more broader scale, they discover that all people essentially want the same things from life. As Dr. Martin Luther King once said, "people should be judged by the content of their character, not the color of their skin". There are times when people just "click" for whatever reason and if it works out for them; what could be better.

blackwomen can't make excuses for giving their pu**y to a white man its really inexcusable and unacceptable................

the sisters marrying white men are traitors to our race and overall it shows the great amount of self hatred they still have even though they are supposed be successful black sisters and free women... like jen lmao

Why is it that when the word :Black, African-American comes up it has things like :abuse/violence attached with it?

as brother Mozell says, "just thinking"...

I will add now the beautiful Lena Horn who married her White F-R-I-E-N-D and husband because even though she was rich and famous he could get her into places that her skin color kept her out of......
