Your Thoughts Re: Why did this man cause such Alarm for Demonstrating his 2nd Ammendment Rights?

These people are acting stupid in the extreme, and I say this as a firm supporter of the second amendment. There is absolutely no reason for this behavior, and in fact it is the most counterproductive thing they could do for 2nd amendment rights. This right has been continually attacked and disregarded in modern times. How many states still uphold the 2nd amendment? Not many. And of those that do, fewer still allow concealed carry without a permit, yet this right is also guaranteed under the 2nd amendment. "The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed" is a pretty straightforward statement.

Now here's the kicker. They seem to forget that the 2nd amendment, like any amendment, can be repealed. Is this what they want?

American treasure and blood is at work in building democracy for Iraq, Afghanistan, Israel and Pakistan.
Least we forget that Democracy means freedom, since American treasure, taxpayer dollars allow for Democracy to be fought for in the Middle East;

Last week the gun toting WHITE MAN was the NRA's American Rights to carry a gun's hero!!!!This week even the NRA and private citizens of the right-wing are saying that there should be restrictions because this carrying guns so near our president puts undue stress on the secret service....

Now in the 2100, those rights to vote by African-Americans has us now trying to protect an African-American president because of so many us not fearing for our own very lives by going to the polls...

Mozell, here where DEMOCRACY comes in and those who do not have enough money to hire, lobby, attorneys who are experts in getting around the Constitution comes in also .

If a state says and many do that you can carry a gun that is legally regristered to you in public you can legally do so.

Personal, emotions that defines one's rights to tell another person what to do/not do is not accepted by our legal system...and why is this, It is because emotions are subjective, and this is why a person must "actually" break the law to be charged as this is OBJECTIVE BEHAVIOR...
this is why those who do things illegal have in a sense more legal rights than those who want peace and security for themselves and for others. I am a nervous wreck in my worry about just how much danger the president and those countless innocent people are in out there with those guns.Those bullets know not, not to hit and hurt/kill those not meant to be hit but the person the shooter wants to hit, but, then I am just as concerned about those children killed with those 'LEGAL" GUNS IN THEIR OWN HOMES...but we live in a country with DEMOCRACY RULES...

My problem about these "legal" weapons is not with you or with anyone else..it is with the politicians that refuse to promote or to act in our best interest and stop the greed of selling more and bigger and dangerous weapons...remember Palin using an assault rifle to get more votes during the last campaign?!?!?These now carring these guns ("I")are only following her lead...

NOW MORE ABOUT THE AMERICAN CONSTUTION. IF RELIGION HAD NOT BEEN PUT ON THE BACK BURNER THERE WOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN AN AMERICAN CONSTUTION IN THE FIRST PLACE(separation of church and state(...just like when Iraq had Saddam step in and said and done what only a D-I-C-T-A-T-O-R can do...stop the Muslims killing in the name of their various religious groups as the only correct one and they should continue there thousands of years old fight over this, the Iraqis were doing just what they are doing right at this moment...they are back to killing each other and will continue to do so until another dictator or a religious leader to head its country's government in order to stop all of this daily killings...guess what, now it is under the label of DEMOCRACY.....WAKE UP...


Even those under the rule of Communism were not killing each other trying to wipe out the other ETHNIC GROUPS AS THEY ARE DOING RIGHT NOW AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME...WAKE UP...

jen the braind dead female senator Michele Bachmann is now saying that she wants he voters to be WELL ARMED...I guess this is my answer to hopes that we as Americans will put a stop to at least some of this nonsense...but as perusual, prejudices rule in this country... and gues what Jen this is the American norm. Why are we acting like this is new in this country?

It is just too bad that this is made possible because how long ago was this country saying nooses hanging on trees was a joke. besides some of our children go through this as routine at their schools...or just sleeping in their beds aor sitting watch tvv in their living rooms....WAKE UP...this is the price of freedom. If one is not willing to fight for peace one will not get it...remember me always saying when you finosh praying get up and make tohse prayers come true? Love you because your just posting on this site is one of the most effective weapons for peace there is my sister...education by open and honest communication is the sure way and only way to peace on earth that there is.(smile)
