"Any of the following types of crimes (Federal or State): Offenses against the revenue laws; burglary; counterfeiting; forgery; kidnapping; larceny; robbery; illegal sale or possession of deadly weapons; prostitution (including soliciting, procuring, pandering, white slaving, keeping house of ill fame, and like offenses); extortion; swindling and confidence games; and attempting to commit, conspiring to commit, or compounding any of the foregoing crimes. Addiction to narcotic drugs and use of marihuana will be treated as if such were commercial crime.". 27 CFR Sec 72.11 (4-1-02 Edition)

"Poor people have access to the courts in the same sense that the Christians had access to the lions."- Judge Earl Johnson, Jr.

"...there simply is too much law (government) to even function - we cannot get out of our own way, we have tied ourselves in knots - when we were supposed to have a limited government and the purpose of the Constitution was to tie government down to the EXPRESS powers given it. There simply is nothing left that government does not touch, have its hands on, and has not made a mess of. More law, more government will not save us - they are the problem." --from an article written in 2006 by Attorney Gary Zerman, titled: "South Dakota Government Acted In Concert Against The People"

Most courts have become the collection agency for the debt and the corporate government system.

Crime A crime is an offence against a public law. This word, in its most general signification, comprehends all offences but, in its limited sense, it is confined to felony. 1 Chitty, Gen. Pr. 14. 2. The term misdemeanor includes every offence inferior to felony, but punishable by indictment or by-particular prescribed proceedings.

3. The term offence, also, may be considered as, having the same meaning, but is usually, by itself, understood to be a crime not indictable but punishable, summarily, or by the forfeiture of, a penalty. Burn's Just. Misdemeanor. 4. Crimes are defined and punished by statutes and by the common law. Most common law offences are as well known, and as precisely ascertained, as those which are defined by statutes; yet, from the difficulty of exactly defining and describing every act which ought to be punished, the vital and preserving principle has been adopted, that all immoral acts which tend to the prejudice of the community are punishable by courts of justice. 2 Swift's Dig. All from Bouvier's Law Dictionary.

Greetings

Do any of you think that you all, including Rev. Louis Farrakhan is not suffering from, what is called the Stockholm syndrome?

All 41 million Black Americans, who are descendents of slaves according to modern-day psychologists, are suffering from the Stockholm syndrome; I am positive that we are.

The Hebrew people, 4000 years ago suffered from the Stockholm syndrome.

I expect you to research the Stockholm syndrome to learn more about it. However, it is when a captive person begins to identify and sympathize with their captors at least after seven days of captivity. What happens to the captive person is that the need to survive outweighs the need to be angry with their captors. Why I am so positive is because Black Americans have been captives approximately 500 years.

As Black Americans first genuine prophet, I have the task to deprogram all of you as Moses had the same task to deprogram his Hebrew people.

A clear sign of a person suffering from the Stockholm syndrome is that they will fight the person who has come to free them. That is precisely what you all do to me. The Hebrew people fought Moses, as well. Am I right?

However, all of you are going to come around in due time as it took time for the Hebrew people time to come around to Moses.

What say you?

Thanks for the crime identity lessons Earl. Now I hope stupid criminals won't think that "commercial" means they'll be aired in televison commericials if they do them.

Brother Earl, I got a kick out of some of the crimes you mentioned, because if there was any way our government could be able to put a tax on these, they would not be called "illegal" by our government.(smile)
