I did not see this while Obama was in Russia, did you? It seems as thought the 'OTHER' people were snubbing him. That may be protocol, but respect should require some sort of acknowledgement. Don't you think so family?

Well, I've never seen this protocol before with a President of the U.S.!!! From the look on the President's face neither had he! What's up with that???

Both of you are 100% correct on this matter. As far as my video post on the Obama handshake snub in Russia, I don't have a precise explanation for it. But while custom may have dictated how this is done in other countries, that snub, in my opinion is an example of how unbridled, RACIST and stupid some of the Europeans really are!
