Apparently the video they have pulled claiming copyright wasn't shot by them but by a bystander. I wasn't able to find another version of it, just the articles.

Editor: Regarding the story of Gregory Williams on Monday who was Tased by police officers, I have known Greg for 20 years and he is the sweetest man ever and loves his children dearly.
How dare the police department humiliate this man in public and abuse him.
Those police should not be on the force.
