Woman facing 15 years for cutting in line?

Heather Ellis of Kennett Missouri is facing 15 years in line after being accussed of cutting a line. Police were called and according to them the incident elevated to the point where they arrested her for assaulting an officer. The problem is they released this "cop beater " 45 minutes later to her parents.
