Beyond a shame Sister Siebra and clearly some psychological problems. I also think the back story on this woman may turn up a drug addiction and/or she owed someone a whole lot of money.

This story is so sad. This girl was only 5 years old and no child deserves to go through anything like this. I hope this mother gets everything coming to her!!!
