post something(s) that they are thankful for. Or it can be a person, place or thing even.

I got this idea last night as a debate was going on at one of my sister's day care centers about to put a Santa Claus or not into the winter themes on the walls at this center they were decorating. The debate was about Santa Claus being a religious symble or something for the children at this time of the year?!? They did not want to offend any religions of these 75 chlldren and their families. But, had no idea how to accomplish this at all. They knew that someone would be offended no matter what, and the children would most likely just want Santa.(smile)

So who does this all fall on, the boss who runs the business that's who...LOL

This matter took on a different meaning for me today as I thought of something I had never thought of before now. I thought of the little employers like my sister and like Clark and how we do not show them enough respect or recognition for this although situations like these we cause to falls right on their backs...

We spend so much time on the government and big business and just act as if they(those who run small business) do not exist, much less face things like this as somethings they must put sometimes their very lifes in danger to help solves something like this as not a big thing.

But, in reality these small employers are peace keepers also therefore my thank you goes out to those like Clark and my sister for being there...

Sister Irma I'm really sorry to hear about your loss and right around the holidays, too. I spoke to my friend today and she's having some challenges regarding the holidays because of people who have passed on around this time. I do hope you are doing well and welcome back.

Thank you so much Jen. My step-mother lived a life of ups and downs that kept her busy reaching forall of her goals. She was in her 90s and the causes she made in life to assure her that she would see her creator will become a reality.

This gives me peace and I know that she is at peace.and, again thank all of you so very, very much...lov ya all (smile)
