This sister should not be forced to remove her scarf. Whether she chooses to remove her scarf or not should have been up to her to decide. As long as the rest of her body is mosestly dressed, the judge should not have made a big issue about this matter.

robert, I aree with you 110%. Anything to get this before the judges on the S upreme Court...say under the matter of FREEDOMs of : SPEECH, PRIVACY and RELIGION just to name a few of the woman's Civil and Moral rights being violated this way!smile!!!!!!

To be truthful, "I" in no way believe that this or things like this has any things to do with religion(s) at all. And, here is why I look at this in this way... when we talk abot the issue of abortion we only end up hearing people talig about MURDER or the unborn...
right now are any of us talking about a scarf as much as religion, as personal pride, social acceptances,crime ect.
