ONLY IN AMERICA..."I" write this post in response to the post of my
sister friend, Jen's "We will not back down" ...Jen,if our people can not see how you are trying to get us to help our very own selves, I will add this little tid-bit...
It is a shame before God and Man that so few can control so many, many people's minds to this extent of this self distruction we see today in America.That we are a country to be the first to help any and all countries, nations, peoples in need, but not our own...and why is this?!?
May be it is because we have no time to stop, look and listen to the truth as it really is because it is so, so much easier plus it takes less time if we just STOP before our giant TV and LISTEN to the latest gossip/bias of the political reporters /LOOK at who, the liberals or the conservatives
have more precentages in the lead in our news papers SO WE CAN DECIDE WHICH SIDE TO AGREE WITH AND STAND SOLIDLY BEHIND...
We listen to the loudest and the prettest and most catchey political pitch as our choice(s) on any and all/many issues, be it local, state or Federal.example,
LAST WEEK THE RIGHT-WING WAS SINGNG THE PRAISES OF THE SAMLL BUSINESS AS THE ONES WHO CREATS THE JOBS...but our president has failed to do any thing but help business...but, right after President Obama's speech today, (you guessed it-LOL) they are now condeming our president for having the nerves to ask for help for small business!!!
PLEASE TELL ME WHO IS SURPRISED AT THIS?!? "I" promise you I am not surprised about this and why it is this plea of Jen's...that the majority Democrats/American citizens who want and need this reform of our health care and the way the insurance comapnies continue to cheat us as a majority are being asked by Jen to please help your own selves and your family and your friends and our next generations of our children, us, our friends and families...
Please start acting like you are not only the majority but begin acting like you are the government, because you are the voters therefore the boss who your state's representative s won the rights to go to Wahington , D.C. to do, say and act as your agent and in your best interest...
I am not surprised that this is not happening at all in Washington as it is run by the lobby which has in their pockets the best Congress that money can buy...as this is ...ONLY IN AMERICA ...is it not?(and I am not smiling)

Add one more voice to the chorus shouting at the "lamestream" media for trumpeting the most Godawful stupidest things and trivilaizing the really important discussions we need to have about Health Care and Afghanistan and so many other issues that really matter. And to call out the Republicans nonsensical stalling tactics with ridiculous claims. So I agree with all of you all so far!!!
