Innocent black man serves 35 years for crime he did not commit

James Bain a black man, was convicted of the horrible crime of s*xually assaulting a 9 year old child with a photo ID by the child being the chief piece of evidence against him.. He maintained his innocence all along while asking for an DNA test. After getting one it showed that the sperm on the childs under garments was not his.
