ELLIS RECEIVED SENTENCING

Settling for a plea bargin, Heather Ellis will serve out a 4 day sentence for causing a distrubance in a WalMart store. After negoitating a deal, the judge submitted the sentence of 4 days in jail. Previous before bargining she faced a 15-year sentence. However, the entire goal of Ellis was not to have a criminal record at all. Still, marked with a sentence she has decided to move on with her life. News of her story caught nation wide attention and many considered it race related.
