Hustling, flowing and blowing can get you caught up in fatigued. What are the causes of this little "Fat" word that makes us feel so tired and burned out? I did a little research on the web just browsing & I found that much of it is combined with stress and lack of rest. You've heard it all before, I'm sure around and about the way. I don't think anyone is immune to having experienced fatigued at one time or another. It happens when we call ourselves really getting proper rest, but we keep on going. Its cure is simple though ; we must take advantages & opportunities to take care of these bodies God has granted us to live in. Ever notice our spirit always has the willingness to continue, but we take sick with colds or just plain worn out tired.

No, I'm not a doctor of medicine, nor even an wise old owl. I just experienced fatigued and knew when I need to offer some options of caring for my specific needs. Don't keep procrasting if you need more rest. There's only ONE YOU.

Here's a few tips I found helpful

8 to 10 hours rest each day.
Drinking plenty of water.
Exercise daily.
Eating lots of vegetables/fruits and protien {Eating a healthy diet}
Resolving issues that give you stress.
Taking time away from work and everyday routines.

These really help, if your fatigued may be caused by other reasons, medical or depression I suggest you see your doctor soon. I really want you to be healthy and full of energy. Thanks for stopping by for a read.

I'm done...whooo! O...O...O.

Miisrael,
It seems like the life of a working mother is never done and fatigue sometimes goes with the job. I have felt so tired as of late and I know it's due to stress. It seems like when my mind gets really busy with life's challenges that it drains me of the necessary energy that I need to do the little things in my life. I'm trying to get more exercise, because since I've slacked off on this over the last few months, I can tell a difference in my body. I feel deconditioned and going up a few steps now get 'winded'. What's Jen Fad to do? I know--- get rid of the stress by exercising!
