Black Cowboys are for Real

It's rare that we turn on the television and see African American cowboys competing in rodeos. We do exist though. In honor of Martin Luther King's Holiday, I was featured in an article about African American rodeo cowboys on
the front page of the Denver Post on Monday January 18, 2010. Here is the Internet link to that story.

My son Justin and I did an interview for FOX 31 News while we were attending the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo (Denver, Colorado) on Monday afternoon. The interview was aired on television during the 9:00pm segment.

This is the story that was placed on their website. Make sure to use the entire link including the word story or you'll experience problems.

Hello Able,

I understand your sentiments. However, we as Black Americans wants more than anything else is to be a sovereign people or have complete independence from White America on a portion of this continent that we could call our very own country with borders to pursue life, liberty, happiness and prosperity in our own way.

We want no less than what God provided for the children of Israel in the days of Moses.

Do you suppose that I am wrong?

Tell me what you think.
