We must learn How to Eat to Live. Following the western way of living is killing us physically and spiritually.

Best thing to do, Come Out of Her, follow not the way of the western (white) way of life, the includes, culture, values, norms, how they relax and recreation, none of it is healthy for the Black man and woman.

We should return to our own culture and way of life - Islam. NOT the Islam that the Arabs practice, but true Islam that is found is the Holy Quran, Bible and Nation of Islam's books written by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad
