I have mentioned these two, because one was arrested in December and the other was in Feburary and the only thing different is these happened under a White president who had no problem bragging about he was at war with Islam.( The shoe bomberand pants bomber in Dec. and Lindh like that plane in Tx. was in Feb.)

I could be wrong, but I believe Article III. section 3 maybe saying that the reasons for a gitmo is illegal also....(smile)
