MY SON RETURNS FROM HAITI
Oh, Lord ... I am just speechless except to say thank you to everyone for your prayers and support!
I was in a meeting Tuesday when I received a message from my son that he was alive. I did not think more of it except I knew he was traveling home. A few minutes later, someone informed me that Haiti had had two more earthquakes in the past two days.
I did not even know this because I was so caught up with my healthcare advocacy!
We must, must keep praying for Haiti even if we don't see the news, etc. and let me tell you, when you serve the Lord, you cannot purchase the joy God gives you even if you are the wealthiest man in the world. amen? Amen!
Ok, I'm listening to my Dr.Martin Luther King, Jr. seermons in one ear and praising God for my right state of mind, too. If anybody is on Facebook, my son has uploaded over 150 pix. Be warned, I cried after the first two.........ok, the first one (smile)... within minutes, so many, many, children became orphans........so so many.
