LOUISIANA MAN ARRESTED FOR SENDING RACIST EMAIL TO AFRICAN-AMERICAN MUSEUM
Deputies and New Orleans police on Tuesday arrested George Kostulsky, 44, 806 Joe Yenni Blvd., Apt. 13, on a count of cyber stalking.
Kostulsky admitted sending the e-mail under the alias Michael Svoroiskikov, deputies said in a press release this morning.
Kostulsky is in the Ascension Parish Jail, deputies said.
Deputies released this part of the email that was sent to the museum: “I wanted to offer my sincere condolences to your fellow N***** in Haiti; what a shame, I wish it were much more.”
Deputies said the e-mail concluded with the statement, “Burn in Hell!”
“We have a long history in Ascension Parish of racial harmony, and behavior of the type that is suggested in the e-mail will be not be tolerated,” Ascension Parish Sheriff Jeff Wiley said in the statement.
I'm sure this wouldn't be his first time before a judge.
