WHY CA. IS BROKE ??!!!?...Since 2008 our fair "BROKE" state of Ca. has been spending hundreds of $$

to continue to send out a check for ONE CENT!!!!!! A gentleman in Yuba City (about a 40 minute drive from our capitol) whose name is Don May has been receiving a one cent refund check for his grand child's support....He has asked the county and the state to explain to him why they were wasting taxpayer's money like this, because a stamp cost 47 cents and over head just to sent it out and this is so out irrational that even they can not expleain to him why they do it....

So, he says until they explain this then he is not going to cash the check, period!!!!!

I just watched this on our 5 pm local evening news and one politicial answer is that the "law" requires they do this and not send him one penny attached in the envelope or they be able to do this in a one on one personal basis...GO FIGURE...

BUT THIS DOES SEEM LIKE SOMETHING FOR OUR STATE TO LOOK INTO AS THEY TRY TO MAKE UP EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE FOR THESE KINDS OF OUT OF CONTROL SPENDNGS DURING THIS CAMPAING YEAR. looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(smile)
