An attorney who leads a movement challenging President Barack Obama's citizanship plans to run for sectrary of state in November.

Orange County Registar of Voters Neal Kelley said Wednesday that Orly Taitz, a leader of the so-called birther movement, qualifies as a candidate.

She will challenge fellow Republican Damon Dunn for the nomination. Taitz has filed multiple lawsuits that claim Obama wasn't born in the U.S.
