In a very sad story a young college educated couple were gunned down. Micheal Muchioki and Nia Haqq a college educated couple with a bright future were gunned down hours after their engagement party in an apparent car jacking.:

This Crime should be dealth with as a capital federal offense; anyone associated with, harboring, financing and condoning this terrorist crime should receive the maximum punishment.
