WHY WOULD GOD CHOOSE AN ENGINEER:...To lead Black Americans to LAND OF THEIR OWN

As a Process Engineer at Ford in Cleveland, Ohio, it was amazing how about 800 people had there hands on a phase of the overall operations leading to the point a Ford Truck made it to shipping, all assembled and tested and out the door. The average laymen would have no clue...they would think one person made the Ford Truck. That is why almighty God did not choose a preacher or entertainer.

The only way a Black female went to the moon, Irma, she had to go in a vehicle(Space Craft) that the WHITE MAN engineered and manufactured. If the black female dreamed about going to the moon.....she would have never gotten there.

My point to the Ford Truck...is that the vehicle is an engineering masterpiece. Human hands had to operate the furnace for fabricating of the engine from a core. Human hands had to transfer the engine in 2 twin parts to the Engine Plant. Human hands had to put all the external devices off the engine while you, Irma were sleep. Then Human hands had to run test that the devices operated within specifications that an engineer had to develop....Then Human hands had to transfer the engine assembly to a conveyor system and pistons, rings, plugs and other devices were put on by Human hands....Then the twin engines went to be put together as one engine.....then the engine was put on conveyence by Human Hands to be dropped into a Chassis where a number of them are on a rail system ......moving in an assembly fashion....first the engine is dropped, then doors are put on ....human hands are operating robots....then the truck shell is complete with no windows.....then it is transferred to the Paint Booth where human hands run to automatic paint spray guns.....that an engineer designed, developed and generated software to operate efficiently.....then human hands transfer the Truck where windows and lights are installed then to Final Test........then Interior......human all of the way out of the door....then Inspection and Quality Control.........then the Engineer must make sure that all tests are met and signoff on the Truck to be released for shipment out the door.

I am most intrigued as to how you will use "US Prisons" in your divine works?

Prision Inmates with non-murder sentencing will be considered for projects of a infrastructure nature way in Africa for laying pipe, conduit, tracks, roadwork and highway work. Our planned arrangements with the U.S. Federal Government is for them to work out their sentences; then choose to return to U.S. or remain with us in the Black American Homeland in Africa.

I was always under the unsubstantuated belief that Men that like to go to Prison; do not like to work to build, but have a History of destruction of social laws of communities and are Probably Gay; or infected with HIV/Aids disease.

It is revealing that little would have such a trusting relationship with the US Fed Government, for individuals that statistically may be Gay.

I would suggest to get a more effective labor corp that you might consider using Labor from Nations with cheaper and more Labor, building conscious men and women.

Point noted...but many prison inmates that are black are there unjustifiably and when given the choice of outdoor labor in Africa or prison cell bars would prefer to work in Africa. I just mentioned one of the main prerequisites as non-murder; others are pedipilles and gay. Anything in a persons file that suggest the prisoner has any of these problems, they will not be considered.

The big thing is work on demand. We will be given a timetable to complete certain projects and require a labor force that achieves or labor milestones and if we can expand our efforts with labor from nation with a cheaper force...that can be looked evaluated.

Jamal, are you saying this is why Ford is not able to seel their products or why people take their Fords to be fixed by the experts without knowing or caring what position beyond selling and buying the product and, not the social staninigs or anyone envolved in any and all to tehse transactions other tahn teh ability to get what they paid for...or are you saying that there is only ONE kind of the field of engineering needed...so what is your point you are trying tomake with this lesson about a ford truck as they change each year any way...

the Black female who went to the moon is an engineer is she not and hell I am sure she did not get to go into space on your expertes or did she check with you first. (smile)

did you over look that this Black female has her degrees in engineering that put he into tis position or are you now saying the what you said about your engineering expertes is not what you are basing you qualifications on, Jamal and di you get this education with no White involements or her getting some help from teh White counts but your does not, because you have deemed this to be true of is it true...You have not had any help from the withe world and do not need any now...you have your own shiping line...you make all or the things down to teh food you will be needing and the clothes, ect...
