SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE POKES FUN AT TEA PARTIERS: “They got no sense of humor.” April 17, 2010

Bill Hader made an appearance as James Carville last night on "Weekend Update," and had some fun at the Tea Baggers expense. Referring to their dispeasure with Obama poking fun at them, Carville pretty much spelled it out:

"You can't dress how you dress and not expect jokes. You're wearing colonial costumes. And not even the whole costume...Which founding father wore the tri-corner hat with an Orlando Magic Jersey?"

Hader as Carville went on to criticize their signs. “How far in advance do they plan these rallies? Everyone looks like they had about four and half minutes to make their signs.”

Carville concludes, “The whole thing goes to show you. Crazy people don’t like to be teased. They got no sense of humor.”

WOW...That was pretty damn funny!!!

I don't have much time to watch TV as of late...much less the following of FOOLS...

Thanks Rich. I've appreciated the message and I’ve enjoyed the laugh as well...the aforementioned group was here in Philly last week. They met at Love Park in Center City...you could count the gathering at much less than 35 people. The populace was totally white folks and one black guy...he was pretty young.

The lunchtime crowds who normally eat their lunch in the park on a nice sunny day, were displeased at the nauseating show...many got up and left the area, Black and White!

Peace and Love,

Greg.

Thanks, guys! Glad you enoyed it.

Keep in mind that according to the first comprehensive poll done on these Tea Partiers nets them about 18% of the population.

And probably pretty darn close to 100% of that 18% votes Republican.

So where's the challenge?

Funny how Palin polls so low after Romney and their number one Presidential hopeful Ron Paul.

Clearly, they are LOUD, they are INTERESTING, they know how to get attention. But when it comes to actual policy and philosophy of government, I don't see where they make much of an inroad. They are the ones who are out of the mainstream.

I think the more the media promotes them the more the a erage Joe Six pack voter will be turned off.

Just my opinion.

The key word is MEDIA!!! I wonder why the attention...?

Does chaos mean anything to anyone other than the man from U.N.C.L.E.? (smile...I wonder how many remember). Age can be a blessing...yes?

Peace and Love,

Greg.
