Today was Black community in Chicago were out in the hundreds with signs asking their state to please raise their taxes so that their public schools could stop being closed...NOW WE ALL KNOW THOSE BLACKS ARE JUST LYING, BECAUSE THOSE ARE ONLY FAILED SCHOOLS AND FULL OF VIOLENT STUDENTS...
