IT IS AS SIMPLE AS ONE CAN NOT GET INTO CONGRESS IF YOU MAKE ANY EFFORTS TO ENFORCE BVBOE( the same as back then)... SO MANY OF US HAVE BEEN DOWN THIS SAME VERY ROAD BEFORE..AND, FOR ThOSE WHO HAVE NOT BEEN DOWN THIS SAME ROAD OR RASIST TRYING TO OUT RACIST THE NEXT RACIST TO GET INTO POLITICAL OFFICE/ REMAIN IN IT...THEN ALL I CAN SAY IS EXPERIENCE IS THE BEST TEACHER...
