Why Do People Try To Use Friendly Folk?

Thanks Bro. Clark for your comments, because you are really right about they ask because they suspect that they will get a yes. God give me wisdom when to say yes to genuine people who need help.

But you know I love my family.... But they are the worst people at using folks... I tell em'.... Always looking for a handout... Never a hand.... They think I'm the ATM... Automatically Take My Money..... lol...lol... Clark.. I get tired of my brother looking at me... Gimmie... Gimmie... dang... that's annoying

Why do people LIE? it's not cool.... it's a sin... but people do it...... WHYYYYY?

I think there are two kinds of people in the world--those who give of themselves and their possessions freely--and those who take advantage of those who give.

I don't think it is a characger flaw at all, Jen. Being a giver makes you a comapssionate, caring human being. Sure some people will use you. Sometimes shamelessly. They don't know any better.

I still think it is better to be the kind of person who gives...

People use friendly folks cause they know there hearts are in the right place. So they plague on their goodness. Help when you can, say no when have to and let them know they can be friendly folks too. Don't let them ever change you for being friendly.

Jen, I had a friend ask me this same question. My answer to her was the same as I will now give you...Mostly The cost to someone wanting to take advantage is just too high to spend hours and days trying to get on the good side of a grumpy , offensive person. lol (smile)
