M. in her unique manner of reporting on the political 'real world' used Senaters: Cory, Demint, Sessions and MCConnell as the perfect examples of what not to do to try and classify Ms. Kagan as not qualified to become a member of our Supreme Court , because she has never been a Judge!!!!! loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool (smile)
Senater (R-Tx) John Cory on October 27, 05 said how it did not matter thAT President G.W. Bush had chosen Ms Harriet Miers to go on the Supreme Court dispite she haING never been a judge!!!!!
Senater (R -S.C.) Jim Demint said in writting how it did not matter that Ms Miers had never ever been a sitting judge ; she was perfect to serve on the Supreme Court.
Senater (R- Alabama) Jeff Sessions said Ms Kagan was not qualified because she had only had 6 cases and yet Ms Miers has had exactly zero cases in her credits...But in October 2005 he said that Miers was fully qualified to be a S.C Justice!!! But senater (R-Michagan) Mitch MCConnel has managed to out do all of the others in their claims on why our president's candidate rfor the S.C. is not fit...On the floor of the Senate he said that the pick can not be a 'friend' or in the adminsitration of the president who picks him- her...

I also loved how the rachael Maddow program tonight worked along with the end of the Christ Matthews program today on how and why as the Right gets ready to grill the presiendt's pick for the S.C. then they right had better get ready for Cheney's being put under the bright lights and grilled...
and not questioned as he was the last time in a closed room with president Bush helping him with his answers...
and, I doubt of we have heard the last of how this oil spill may be tied to sniffing drugs off of toasters by some of those charged as inspectors...any reminders of the 'inspectors watching s*x on the computers?!? (smile)
