With early plans to contain the spill being dubbed "The Top Hat" or "The Junk Shot," it's easy to imagine that the strategies were coming from the minds of 5-year-olds. Well, according to "SNL," who mocked BP and Halliburton's ridiculous containment attempts last night, they actually were.
The attempts have been so absurd-sounding that even the joke suggestions, "Dolphins with Mops" or the "Schweppes Offensive," actually sound feasible. Regardless, as Jason Sudeikis said, "It may not work, but rest assured, Halliburton will make a profit."
