Clark, thanks for that information and maybe this had a lot to do with Senater Bart Stupack geting cut off by John King USA on CNN yesterday trying to explain how the Republicans have held the president's hand behind his back because they are still holding up those already chosen by our president to have been able to be the depaartment heads to help in tis disaster...
