Who Was Marta Fernandez, ex- Black in America Member Booted From BIA because of You Know Who (Siebra)
I was trying to be nice and mind my own business like I always do except when someone sticks their nose where it doesn't belong (( in my business)). I would just like to say that I've tried to give Siebra some time to repent of her evil ways (gossiping, back biting, causing division amongst believers, speaking lies, etc... the list goes on), but she has decided to pretend that she is sweet and innocent.
This is the story you all have been waiting for and here it is. Marta Fernandez was our dear Cuban sister who added much spice to our community with her intellect and feisty blog responses to many of us. She was born in Cuba and immigrated to the United States. A very successful Anthropologist and sought after speaker and lecturer from her days of teaching university students--- she brought all she had to this site...
But like most Black communities, we can't stand to see successful, beautiful, outspoken sistahs "drop it like its hot". Marta was our beloved sistah and the Top Blogger of the site for many months which caused others to be at odds with her at times, but none like other Black women. Why is it when Black women see another one of us doing well, we hate and become envious--jealous?
The story goes, Marta was at odds with someone who was "rolling back her numbers" who had administrator privileges and Siebra got wind of it. She pretended to be a Marta Sympathizer when all along she was looking to be at the Top Blogging Spot.
The rest is history... Congrats Siebra for being the Reigning Queen & Top Blogger for Both the Black Women Connect Site and here at Black in America! You deserve all you get.
