The oil has not hit America in full force, yet. White people are getting wound up to blame the first African American President. Nothing he can say will suffice the Caucasian. He will try to look and appear presidential, but it will not be enough. His approval ratings will go hit the bottom. When Allah commissions a divine leader in a nation, there is no one else that can set themselves up as SAVIOR. President Obama will go down as the worst of all presidents according to the majority white people. Even though it is not his fault. What is his fault is continuing to prosecute a war against the Muslims who are innocent of 9/11. Pandora box has been opened and there is no way out. White people will love to blame a black man for their own mistakes. And President Obama will be the scapegoat to receive all the criticisms.

This is why the media purposely pumped him up to be like a Savior, though he never said it. They always try to build a black man up only to tear him down to the bottomless pit. In a strange sort of way, I feel sorry for the brother President, for how they will mistreat him in the press. Rather than tearing down BP and the British Government.

Obama put himself in this position
I don't feel sorry for him
He LOVES this country and everything it stands for
He was able to grow up and be President unlike Jesse Jackson....
Obama's descendants weren't slaves
That's the only reason he's in the White House and still breathing

Clark, I agree. You have to applaud Obama for showing concern (something that Bush did so very little of during Katrina) However, Obama is not personally equipped to correct the situation. He is not a field commander and words do not change any condition regarding correcting an oil spill or aftermath of a natural disaster.
But Obama never said he was perfect, nor did he say he was God. He is a human being who wants CHANGE like any other sane person would want. If anything, the message is projected that life has its ups, even when we are witnessing so many downs.
