A FIRM PLACE TO STAND
ENRICHMENTS FROM THE WORD:
Trust in God...
You may be logged down with past events or circumstances. You may be drowing in feelings and emotions that keep your mind filled with sad preceptions of failure. There is hope in God. This will take the all the trust you can give so that God will hear your cry for help. Wait patiently for God will bring you through any crisis you have or may be facing. We often bare burdens that seem to have no ending, if we'd only have that same trust in the Lord he will set your feet with a firm place to stand. Trust in him.
I waited patiently for the Lord:
he turned to me and heard my cry,
He lifted me out of the slimy pit,
out of the mud and mire;
he set my feet on a rock..
and gave me a firm place to stand.
[Psalm 40:1-2]
Trust in God who will hear your cry...and has a firm place for you to stand.
