New study says that black women like to be a little overweight.

A University of Missouri graduate student has found that black women actually differ from white women in their perceptions of the ideal body shape and size.

I honestly don't want to be 0.05% over my BMI. I want to look like I did when I was in High School which is why I exercise and am following a better nutritional plan. Is it not that many people follow the path of least resistance rather than disciplining ourselves to do what we know is better for us in the long run. There is a big difference in having a little Junk in the Trunk and looking like the Nutty Professor
