Irma Mr Greene was never on the Democratic ticket although he is a registered Democrat.
I don't know if you know how politivcs works but as an elected official I can give you a little insight.
Ifg you are a resident of the town or state for 1 or 2 years whatever the requirements are, you meet the age requiremrents, and you can get the required number of signatures on your petitions you can run.
Mr Greene challenged the establishment as a democrat independent of the state party much as I have in a local capacity.
I wanted to hear from the SCDP what their thoughts were and I learned alot especially since their primaries are run differently from ours in NJ. Theiers are open primaries in which dems and rep can vote for whomever they chose. Also I and other readers learned that the SCDP really doesnt have much power to stop someone from running.
