The Queen's Chair: An Opinion of George W. Bush

(QM's Note: Sashaline Smith turned in this letter to me about former President George Bush.)

George W. Bush was the forty-second and forty-third president of the United States. He made some bad and good decisions. Some people think that her was a good president. I think that he wasn't doing the right thing as a leader. For example, he raised taxes and that was bad for people going places and taking large amounts of money out of their pockets. Another reason why I called him a "bad" President is because he let over 10,000 people die during Hurricane Katrina before doing anything about it.

Some people say George Bush didn't like black people. When I that I thopught he was a racist and that he was making it worst for himself. Then I thought that the people that voted for him made a bad decision and next time, they would be wiser when casting their votes.

When the election went down, it was Bush, I think that he gave the worst speech because when he started talking, it was like he did not mean what he said. And every good thing, he said he'd do for our country, he did badly.

In conclusion, if we had another president like George W. Bush, I wouldn't be proud or happy about it, the wars and fighting just might start over again.
