QM's Note: Should kids wear uniforms or clothes to school? Fashionista-in-training Fphasieth Jimmeson, a student in Ms. Cowles and Shaw-Elliott's class, wanted to know what other peers thought. This was the story plus coupon that she wrote.)
Clothes can change you. Some people say "no" they can't; some say "yes" they can. Some people say celebrities are fashion icons; they wouldn't be, if they wore uniforms. Kids take that statement a different way. When kids get new clothes, it's "good-bye" old me and "hello" new me. People follow icon's pants are. One day they are "in", the next: they are "out." Military wear uniforms show their confidence. There are uniforms for all types of different jobs like football and medical institute uniforms. They show your pride.
We make a big fuss about getting our shoes dirty, for what? They aren't going to last more than six years. I think everyone should express their personality in clothes.

OMG!!! this is too easy..... With some of the fashion statements these kids today display.... UNIFORMS!!! In the beginning I was strongly against this policy... I felt it took away from the childs ability to express their individuality...

I bet you were not even born during the 30's.... Im a trendy dress setter... I will wear anything from jeans to mini's.... ((within good taste)) I love shoes... especially high heels... I love skirts.... I will come to work dressed like I'm dressed straight from the 80's and then flip it the next day with something like Im straight from Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.... to casual with a cap... jeans... and a big ole oversized shirt.... I am what some would call distracting.... But it's all in my humor, personality, and my outlook on life!!!
