LEBRON AND THE HEAT!

LEBRON AND THE HEAT!

MIISRAEL Bride · Friday, July 9th 2010 at 10:47AM · 321 views
I've been watching the sports news lately and the highest potential pick is obviously LeBron James. He's finally made his selection to play with the team of Miami. The heat of his selection disappointed his home town and surrounding state who hope he'd remain with them. He's now a big disappointment in Cleveland. He has left many fans and followers of his legacy in a awful disarray. They appear to be really shattered at his choice. Makes you wonder what would they have done if it was one them. It's possible he doesn't believe he has abandoned them because he is always connected with his hometown of birth. Of course, they'd feel a lot better if he had chosen to stay with them.

Miami will definately welcome him and the superstar basketball player may prove his worthy skill to leading them to some winning moments. Feeling the heat, his loyal following might just be burning up with a lot of remorse. I think he already expected they would.

HOOP! CHA!

Congrats to LeBron, because he is a real talent!

JF: After a small discussion with my son, he and I feel that it's only a positive progressive headway in his pro ball career. I think that he devoted significant thought before he made his decision to leave. They may not understand the reason of his decision, but they should accept it and like you've stated give him congratulations. His talent is ready to explode. They'll watch him with close observation, but I again think he's ready to face their ridicule if and when it comes.

Fans can be much demanding sometimes, amd they only want their way or no way. I understand many of them threw eggs at his car-- and burned his shirt to insult him. How ridiculous....LOL!

Family, I hate to be the bearer of bad news. I am glad to see Miami welcome Lebron to the team with open arms. But the owner of the Cavaliers is working hard to demonize our brother for the rest of the year and it's happening right as we speak.

The owner of The Cavalier's had Lebron James product reduced from $99.99 to $17.41. The year 1741 just so happens to be the year Benedict Arnold was born.

This is the beginning of another "Bring The Black Man Down" conspiracy. You are about to witness another example of the wrath of the media machine taking down yet another black man who has been placed on a pedestal. It's a damn shame.

Siebra, I can't understand it either. It's so demeaning. He's has extraordinary talent and I feel he will prevail despite of the undercurrents to destroy his reputation. I'm keeping a positive note he'll still come out with a high score.

Ive been hearing bits and pieces on the subject... James is a free agent....

MIISRAEL Bride Saturday, July 10th 2010 at 11:10PM

Really... that's interesting..He has his act together. His plays aren't bad either....

Here we go with whitey bringing the black man down converesations, oh give it a rest!

That Lebron guy is a multi-millionaire basketball player.

Why the heck are we glorifying him any way?

He is a MAN! put him on a pedestal and you know what will happen. He placed himself in that self-edification position so it is up to him to deal with it.

All of the hoopla over 1 basketball player and where the heck he is going to be working next year is not news to me. WOO HOO! How earth shattering and mind-blowing., YAWWWNNN!

Some great news is to hear that all of the multi-millionaire basketball players have come together to create a consortium for the advancement of humanity. And then they CHOOSE to build the communities to what they once were ... a place where families instilled strong values in their children. How about economic empowerment? How about mentoring?

Now don't get me wrong. I am not saying that these guys should do this as an OBLIGATION. It is their choice. But wouldn't it be great to hear breaking news and the hype surrounding which community they CHOOSE to embrace NEXT?

nahhhh... that's just too much wishful thinking ...

p.s. I LOVE Michael Jordan. LOL!

God Bless

There is no loyalty in basketball.....it is a sport. The only loyalty is to the money and fame of getting the "championship ring".

MIISRAEL Bride Sunday, July 11th 2010 at 9:55AM

"No loyalty only the royalty of a few moments of fame. It all passes away in the hoop!" "That's a 3 point play...money, fame, championship ring!" Thanks for the reminder and reality check "Lil Abraham"!

MIISRAEL Bride Sunday, July 11th 2010 at 10:43AM

Admitting basketball is a sport...Sports are simply meant to entertain.

I have not heard shack's name mentioned...don't he still play for the Heat...if he does, my though was maybe he wants shake to help him as Shack helped Kobey Byant to get to the top until he can stand on his onw like Kobe can do now...just thinking of why he went there...I never expected him to go where he would be a little fish in a big fish's pond. lol (smile)

ROBINSON IRMA Thursday, April 10th 2014 at 6:47PM

Boy who is not out there planing to stop this brother in his tracks?!? I know I would not want all of this public pressure on me that he is going to have for the next few basketball seasons...WOW!!!!

Short of him filling Michael Jordan's shoes....(smile)
