While some are more interesting in the Civil Law suit, because questions can be asked that were not allowed into a court that is being accused of having a specially selected JUdge and Jury...and so much missing evidence in the case in the first place...
some times one must settle for those with the 'deep pockets' to go where POOR BLACK PEOPLE CAN NOT GO as far as needed ,complete, unbiased investigations are concerned...BACK TO THE BEGINNING OF THE CASE...another example,
even when the media was going against the so called crime committed by Dr. Gates and even with the president of the United States not in favor of the police department...that police department stood by their officer as a member of that police department's family...

Everything in my opinion stems from our corrupt GOVERNMENT... and it's gonna take a hell of a lot to clean this "stain" marred on this country!! So many of our young men are treated less than "animals" and yet this country continues to murder, kill, steal, kidnap... and walk away with a sucker punch in the jaw... while the prisons are overrun with many innocent victims... whom experience instutionalized racisim.. abuse, and spend over half of their lives being held down on death row... for 30... 40 years, and some get released.... to what.... a world in which they do not know....
