Do BLACKS advise YOUTH recently graduated from COLLEGE to ASSIMILATE ?

Wa-Alaikum-Salaam........Sis. Siebra, you are so right and after we "got", black nationalism took a backseat. The former slave master fully understands that blacks are intrigued by cars, fashions and song. So no reparations, but allowance to purchase fine cars, clothes and DVDs.

Yes, blacks adults have fought, bleed and died for this country. But, America belongs to the European NOT because they earned it, rather they won it by war. Meaning America will not ever belong to black people because only through 'WAR" WOULD THAT HAPPEN. And that is a war that black people CANNOT WIN. America can be brought down by the divine forces of nature not no race of people or nation can defeat her.

Exactly what is it that you don't like about assimilation. Are you writing your blog from Africa or from the all White neighborhood that you live in. If your plans for exodus had any merit it would already be in process. Why do you want to displace people to an unknown destiny. You probably have never experienced any of the problems that you say the majority of Blacks have experienced. I don't need a mirror to know who and what I am.
I can remember when people use to call those who didn't speak with slang " a square". I am not ashame to talk the way I do because I want to hear my children use good grammer. If I were in Africa I would try to assimilate to the language they speak there.

OK, lets make sense out of this. A chinese immigrant living in America goes to college. He decides what professional career to choose based on the needs of China and the job situation in America. A Japanese immigrant living in America college bound likewise chooses a profession that will be benificial to Japan as well as looking at the job market in America. Samething for the Italian, French and German each considering what is relevant in their native homeland.

When it comes to the African American, they assimilate white society and considers what jobs are out there in America only. Is it only me or can you see the problem ? The African American should likewise consider what skills are relevant to benefit their native homeland which is Africa.....all things being equal. Surely, Helen, that is understanding to you.

I believe Helen has a good point and let me explain.

Jamal believe Africa is Black America’s homeland. Black Americans and Africans are entirely two different people. Black Americans are a people that were made on this North American continent when White Americans bred themselves with the African slave people they purchased from the slave traders.

Did this not have been or am I making it up? In other words, the question that needs to be answered is whether the children that came from breeding are Africans. Are they Caucasians? Are they a combination of both and if they are a combination of both then how you could say in good faith that they are Africans and not Caucasians as well. So, how is the question to be answered? The answer is simply this. Black Americans are neither Africans nor Caucasians. Black Americans are a new breed or race of people that has emerged out of the ashes of slavery to be added as a race of our own inhumanity as Africans, Chinese, Caucasians and Japanese people are. Am I making any sense?

Consequentially, if you all consider that I am right then Africa is not our homeland. Obviously, our homeland would be the continent our existence began on, am I right.

You and I know that we, Black Americans are not African people. Therefore, Africa is not our homeland, am I right.

The Chinese immigrant living in America seems to find it so easy to learn a second language, go to school for a practical skill to help China and if necessary work in America and send some money back over to "his" people in China. But the African American youth is absolutely so confused, partially because their parents are so blame ignorant that they figure to assimilate the ways of the former slave master. The people that kidnapped their fathers and mothers. The poor misinformed and misdirected youth starts talking white and acting white. It is a shame.

The black youth needs to define their roots like the chinese or japanese or german or italian immigrant does. Then you can graduate from college and work to help not only your immediate needs but to invest in the future of a homeland back in Africa.

You need wisdom, which is something, that none of us has. Wisdom is the ability to know the difference of one thing from another thing.

For instance, hardly no one on this blog has the wisdom to know that Black Americans and Africans are an entirely two different people. We interchangeably say African-Americans when we really mean Black Americans. Feel me?

I am going to answer Jamal’s blog to show you how relevant my point is that Black Americans do not have the wisdom to know African-Americans are an entirely different from Black Americans, okay.

Let me say this first. I know from the contents of Jamal’s post above he is talking about Black America’s youths, okay.

So, let us start with this. Jamal says this, “But the African American youth is absolutely so confused,” Jamal really means to say Black America’s youth instead of African American youths.

Now further down in the same post Jamal says this, “The black youth needs to define their roots”

Now, if I did not know any better I would think that when he first used the phrase African-American youth my mind would immediately in vision the Nigerian community in Houston, Texas. Then when he says further down, “Black” youth I would still think that he is referring to the Nigerian youths since they are African Americans going to college in White America. However, Jamal is really referring to the youths of Black Americans that are descendents of slaves who are a new breed or race of people that has emerged out of slavery. Wherein, the African American Nigerian never experienced slavery in White America.

Consequentially, Jamal does not know who he is and where he came from so his mind is all abstract and chaotic because Jamal does not have the wisdom to know the difference from a Nigerian African and a Black American. Am I right or wrong?

Now, before Jamal could move forward coherently he must first acknowledge the differences of a Black American that he is from an African Nigerian that he is not. If he does not know these acute differences his leadership would be in question, am I right.
