ONE DOOR CLOSES ANOTHER OPENS
Helen Keller as many of you know was blind and deaf. She was white, but her sight was dark and black because she could not see nor hear. This amazing woman however, opened up doors for the blind and deaf that even to this present day has changed the WHOLE world. Helen's unique gift brought schools for the blind and deaf and the language of Braille. Remarkably, sign language gives voices to the voiceless and to those without sight to communicate and read. Many who would probably have been left to live without ever progressing and condemmed to be misfits and retardtants.
Fortunate for me I discovered this quote of Helen Keller was one which I had never read before. It involves happiness and doors...
"When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us." --Helen Keller
Another saying may have been an imitation from hers, I'm not certain; but I've heard the saying said differently..."When one door closes, another opens." This is so one will continue going through open doors. When a chapter is finished the next chapter is waiting. You can find your way to happiness through open doors if you never give up. Happiness is a open door within you.

Absolutely true Miisrael that one can always find happiness thru the opening of another door when the door of missed opportunity has closed. I use this principle when sales occur. You see the advertisement say last day better hurry or you'll miss out! I don't worry myself, because I know that there will be another sale next week that was even better than the sale before.
I've had so many doors open and close in my life~~~ but one thing I'm cognizant of is that there is no door that man can close that my God has opened for me! I just want to say thank you for the wonderful blog.
