back to the fundraisers banks have set u contributions stations accounts for the citizens can contribut to help their city's budget, others in tis state are suing to get to pay higher property taxes to help locally> Thisis a sate that can have a shortage of police, firemen, emergancy because it burns thistime of year...but as Oakland is famous for being black and violent...their police will not be answering 40 kinds of crime...you jnowlike taht old crime drug addicts and out of work desperate hungry people do...break into your homes when you are there and when you are not there, these are some of the crimes they willnot be answering...
