What I said is that Florida would not be spared from the oil spill. And it has not been spared. The Oil spill has already been showing up in Florida. It is not my intentions on BIA to improve a persons reading skills. Never did I say that Florida would not be standing so where does that come from. If a person is unable to read than there are reading programs that can help them. It is clear by all account that the divine plague of God has impacted states from Texas to Florida.
