CRUEL RAISING AND RAGING ANIMALS!

So distrubed am I! Stories after stories of animals both raised in captivity and wild are having a rage! Lately, in my very hometown Pit Bull Dogs attacked several people and left one dead. Then an elephant in captivity attacks his trainer, another story when a pet monkey attacked a guest visitor at a home. Then to mention the cruel and abuse many domestic animals like cats and dogs are subjected to when living in homes of caregivers whom have neglected them into poverish conditions and malnutrition. Why this is absolutely unthinkable!

Although the pet population is on the rise, animal cruelity is relentless! They are raging as well, as many pet owners are allowing their pets to run and rage into streets where they injure and attack the public. I am sure humane societies are looking to stop the mistreatment of animals, and want to remind pet owners to be more responsible in raising their four- legged friends. However, the pet owner should be held more accountable for animals who attack or cause injury, even fined for animals that roam loosly in neighborhoods. I know not all pet owners aren't cruel.

Animals are raging and are attacking back. Maybe they are sending the pet owners a message? It bothers me because I'd like to walk through my neighborhood with some comfort away from fearing of being attacked, bitten, or killed by an raging animal loosed and unattended. Makes one think about how so much danger can be encountered from man's best friend.
"I can't understand cruelty to animals."

Right on Clark! Dog owners as I understand raise pit bulls to become vicious! Feeding them things such as "gun powder?" This is so in humane. It's enough to "make me wanna holler and throw up both my hands!"

It's a shame when you have to carry pepper spray to protect yourself from stray animals.
