"may hurt my bones, but words can never harm me."

Words can never harm me? I'm not sure that's always true. Words can be harmful and good. Especially in the emotional sense. No, perhaps words won't directly hurt your bones, but words can very well cause one to act to injury of your bones. Deceitful words has caused many to prey in betrayal including the act of murder. Words that are defile hurt emotions and can be devasting in one's clear thinking. Words spoken in anger explode from a person's mouth like a torpedo seeking to terminate with deliberate injury!

Throwing stone for stone is in comparison like a war of words that usually never has any good in it. Bullies throw stones at the innocent and covey they'll hurt you if you don't comply with what they demand on you. They use sticks and stones and they use words that be-little their targets to live in fear of them. Words of "sticks and stones" aimed as fiery darts." It can drive their targets into hurt and they carry a great fear inside of their control over them. Sometimes leaving a harmful result; words like those of bullies has caused many to afflict in taking their own life.

Sticks and stones hurt bones, words which are not used for good can generate hurt and injury. Gentle words can decrease anger and give comfort. It is always best to speak kind words, even in situations to those who are mean to us.

Hay!...there are many ways to take combat of sticks and stones, but words.. well one will have to control the words from his own mouth.

Meaning no harm.....
Bubbles...usually don't hurt .... OOOOOOOOOoooooo...

SPEAK GOOD OF SOMEONE.

Hi Miiseael,
Look what words have done to the Black people in America. Many Black males do not believe that America belongs to them too. More women do believe. I wonder why?

Hello Thomasena....Thanks for your reply. Why do more women believe that America belongs to them and less Black men do?
It's really a thought! I wish I had a answer for you, but if it's any comfort; I wonder the same thing many times.
I can say there are still some Black males who believe America belongs to them, --Example--We have our President who is in charge of America's highest government office and his is representing America and her people,.... and those unsung Black heroes that work it everyday!
As women we have to keep giving them the words that encourages of America is theirs too. Always searching for a few GOOD WORDS...

Appreciate you stopping by!

Welcome to BIA! Glad to have you around...
